That SSD is a RIP OFF!  you should not be paying more than $0.40/GB on a SATA SSD.

 

CPU bottleneck will depend on resolution.  At 1080p 144hz, yes it will bottleneck.  At 4k 60hz, no.  At 1440p 144hz - maybe a little but depends on the game.  You should definitely OC the 1700.
