FPS/Stutter problems on CS:GO

Hello guys..

 

I have been very disapointed lately with my computer performance while playing..

 

My specs:
My CPU: i5 4690k @ 4.2 ghz
My GPU: GTX970
SSD: Crucial MX100
Ram: 8 gb 1333mhz
Monitor: Benq xl2411z @ 144hz

 

Temperatures: 
More than fine..
CPU: 58º - Ingame / 30º - Iddle
GPU: 55º Ingame / 28º - Iddle

 

The problem:

So while playing my game doesnt seem to be smooth like it used to look..it does like stutter and  gives me the king of feeling of the image dragging..the fps goes from 250/300 to 180 and the game itself seems like its broke..sometimes more than another but my experience isnt good at all..

 

I have done everything I could find on the internet..nvidia settings, snd_ fix, changing resolutions etc etc..all I could find I tested..I dont know how can I possibly fix this..I am really tired of not finding a solution..it seems to be the game itself..the setup seems to be fine..

 

Any help is really really apreciated..thanks guys

DDU in safe mode and reinstall nVidia drivers fresh new.

I dont really think this is the issue unfortunelly  I have tested windows 7, windows 10... and the problem is still there

is the game installed on the ssd or the hdd?

It's stretch, but could it be your cpu isn't as stable at 4.2 as it used to be? Try it out stock, and see if it still does that.

 

I experienced issues like this using AMD FX-8350. Pretty bad cpu.

just done it and it seems like the same honestly..

If you crouch and walk around corners, while looking at the corner of a wall (close to you),  does the game chop and run unevenly?

 

In example Dust 2, CT to Long corner.

Yes, corners, edges in general.. Walls.. Seems choppy yeah!
