Problem with Just Cause 3

Hi guys, 

I have a problem. When I start Just Cause 3, everythink is okay but when it changes to the loadingscreen it loads until it reaches a specific point. 

Then it seems to load but it doesn't. 

 The  Steam library says that I already played it for 2 hours but I haven't. 

Can someone please help me?

OK so:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

GPU: RX 580

RAM: 16GB DDR4

And the Game is on HDD

Don't have a problem with specs, that's for sure. Have you tried reinstalling JC3?

DDU and reinstall GPU drivers? Maybe reinstall Steam?

I googled it, and JC3 doesn't seem to have problems with Ryzen, so it's not that.

So there's an update for the GPU driver. 

I'll start JC3 when it's download and give you news.

So after the update was installed, I restarted JC3 but nothing changed..

So it won't load the starter screen, or a map, or what?

Well it's just a infinit loadingscreen

So you can't even get into the game?

Ugh. So reinstalling does nothing. DDU didn't work?
