Couple things:

You cannot overclock on the A320 chipset.

PSU is considered "Tier 4" quality, you can get much better for a few dollars more. It's not the worst but still I'd rather have something a bit better, just to feel safe :)

I don't see how this is superior to the last build I posted (https://pcpartpicker.com/list/9Wq6tJ), its missing a Hard drive and https://pcpartpicker.com/product/rt8H99/evga-power-supply-210gq0750 this PSU would probably be better for less.

Faster ram, A better AIB 1070, better PSU, better SSD.  I made space for the 1070 whilst maintaining that important high-speed ram that allows RyZen to perform better, get the most out of it thanks to the infinite fabric. It's better in a lot of aspects.

How about https://pcpartpicker.com/list/v8txJV vs. yours with a HDD added https://pcpartpicker.com/list/HBVdVY

No, I would still take mine over yours, Still have faster ram, a better AIB GPU and higher quality PSU whilst being cheaper.

performance > athestics.

Can you explain how the Bronze rated PSU rated 200 Watts lower for more money is better? I admit I'm not super informed about PSUs so I might be missing something.

Bronze?? It's gold efficiency, one of the best PSUs on the market - Watts isn't everything nor is 80+ certifications but rather it's the quality and builds overall.

Oops, I'm sorry I didn't even notice that wasn't the same PSU from earlier. I'm sorry about that, here is another question, so I've heard about the efficiency curve of PSUs and wouldn't the 750w fall into the peak of that curve or am I misunderstanding that?

In the end, you can choose what you want. The actual guts of the PSU at higher tiers are more efficient/responsive to wattage and overclocking, hence the recommendation when making a OC build.  So hence I would recommend a lower wattage, overall better PSU vs lower tier higher wattage alternatives. It's just more efficient and generally, in every aspect, better.

Alright thanks :D

Psu meh, why aftermarket cooler with 1400 and a320?

For the same price, get this one. Has better VRMs for overclock

https://pcpartpicker.com/product/yBtWGX/asrock-ab350-pro4-atx-am4-motherboard-ab350-pro4

Vrms are actually worse it's 3 phase vs 4 phase...

Anyhow, op here's my suggestion.

Add on something like an rx Vega 56 or 980 ti for the gpu

Make sure to quote me or tag me when responding to me, or I might not know you replied! Examples:

Do this:

And make sure you do it by hitting the quote button at the bottom left of my post, and not the one inside the editor!

Buy whatever product is best for you, not what product is "best" for the market.

Interested in computer architecture? Still in middle or high school? P.M. me!

I love computer hardware and feel free to ask me anything about that (or phones). I especially like SSDs. But please do not ask me anything about Networking, programming, command line stuff, or any relatively hard software stuff. I know next to nothing about that.
