Server build questions

So I have two Intel Xeon X5650's and I'm trying to rebuild my server. Can someone help me out in finding a good motherboard, case, ram, and power supply that is compatible with each other and really low price? I also want the motherboard to be able to allow me to put both cpus in it.

search ebay for a tyan dual socket mainboard - should be cheap and i did not have any issues with it

New Desktop Project (currently work in process)

CPU: Intel Xeon E7-4890V2 @ 3,4GHz (1 of 4)

Mainboard: Supermicro X10QBI

Memory: 32GB DDR3 Reg.  

GPU: AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 (2 of 4)

PSU: Corsair HX1200i

Check out the HP Z800 motherboards, or the SuperMicro X8DTL-3F

They fit standard EATX cases
