780 lightning won't post

I just installed my new gtx780 lightning in my rig and when i tried to start it, and the post LED didn't turn off on the GPU. I would not post. I alredy uninstalled all drivers. I tried it with my old 560ti and it worked perfectly.

P8P67 Pro B3.0

Old:2x gtx560ti SLI

i7 2600k

2*8 kingston beast 2400mhz

Fractal design newton r2 1000w

Probably DOA? can you try in another system?

Could be DOA? Check if you put the correct 8pin connectors into the card. 

Check back with the manufacturer.
