Nvidia 3d issues

Anyone else having issues when trying to use nvidia 3d (Anaglph). I used to be able to use it but since I got my new card and updated the drivers, if i try to 'run setup wizard' i get an 'input not supported' error - probably due to the fact that its trying to display at 120Hz. Anyone else experiencing this and has anyone found any workarounds?
