Any news on RAM prices?

Hey all. RAM prices are absolutely sky high right now. Does anyone know if they will drop at some point? Otherwise, I'll just bite the bullet and buy now, as it is in an ever increasing trend.

Dont see a price drop in the near future. Same with SSD's

What were prices before the hike? When did the hike take place? I'm just now putting a build together and the cost of DDR4 didn't quite feel right to me.

Well if your building now, you really dont have a choice but to pay the going rate. Sales will bring the price down some, but not much.
