Uncompressed footage?

If you stream it online it will always be compressed. If you use an MP4 or something, that's also compressed footage.

I'd say something like watching parts of a blue ray movie would be the best way to compare picture quality. 

 

Blue rays have some of the highest bit rates today for digital video media.
