Hello Guys i recently built my pc and im having trouble with gta5 

the issue is that the game freezes all the time at launch or joining online session and in switching server.

and when it freezes the entire pc freezes 

 

i searched on rockstar support forums they say its rzsurroundVAD but i cant find it on the task manager 

any idea ?  

 

Specs 

I7-7700k

Gtx1080 ti 

corsair 32gb ram

asus h270f

Set high priority in task manager and verify game cache in steam. If that doesn't work DDU and reinstall GTA V

The only way you would have the rzsurround problem is if you have Razer Surround installed to your PC. Which I would recommend uninstalling if you do, which it seems like you don't since it's not in your task manager. 

 

Like BuckGup said, verify game cache and such and if that doesn't work then you probably had a file go bad in the install or its a driver problem. Also, if you have your GPU OC'd try taking the OC off and see if that helps because sometimes GTA can be picky about the OC you have.
