Best time to shop?

Just curious about the best deals you guys think will happen this holiday. Of course Black Friday in the US is Friday, tomorrow, there is also cyber Monday not as big and then Christmas deals as well. I am looking to buy some components for a build this holiday season and a moniter is first on the list, just curious though when you guys feel we will get the best deals this year on tech?

Also post any ridiculous deals, or deal times such as ncix warehouse sales that you know of through out the year.:)
