First of all Hi (Sorry for my bad English) I was wondering is it possible to use 1GPU per monitor I am using 144hz G-sync monitor but recently I upgraded my GPU from gtx 960 to gtx 1080ti and I got micro stuttering everywhere because I love g-sync it's terrible without it and I am willing to lose couple response time with g-sync on.(Btw I am only play CS:GO but I'd to play AA games sometimes ex.GTA V, Witcher 3,Fallout4) and gtx 1080ti GPU usage is around 10% because I was running lowest resolution which is not the problem with gtx 960 I got no stuttering at all running 70% gpu usage all time. And second i am going to get Asus 4k g-sync monitor for gtx 1080ti and gtx 960 for 144hz 1080p monitor. I tried everything

You can run both monitors at their correct resolution from the 1080ti.  Having the 960 in there won't help.

What CPU do you have?  Could it be causing the stutter due to a bottleneck?

That processor is holding back your 1080ti, adding a second GPU like the 960 won't help since the CPU is already choking, you should look for an used i7 4790k or consider a Ryzen or Kaby Lake i7 new build.

Then you can use just the 1080ti for multiple monitors.

I would just run the 2 Monitors from 1 Card, I run a 144Hz 1440p G-sync monitor and 4K  monitor of the same card and have 0 issues that card. It is fine as long as you run 1 game at a time (which is normal). That stuttering might be the CPU, not too sure.
