Hello, I recently purchased a Gtx 1070 ti 8gb ddr5 and I was wondering if having an Intel i5 2400 would be sufficient or if It would bottleneck and I should upgrade my cpu?

It depends on the game, the settings, and which DirectX you're running, but otherwise the i5-2400 should be able to achieve 60FPS upwards up to 100+ (again, depending on the game). However you will likely see hiccups more often if there's more action on screen.
