GTA V FiveM Stuttering

My PC has a GTX 1060 @ +170mhz Core and +900mhz Memory and an i7 6800k @ 4.2ghz with 16gb of ram. GTA V Offline works just fine, but FiveM Stutters and lags and freezes every so often, set on high 1080p. Otherwise its fine FPS it just happens every once in a while.

I have GTA Online in general stuttering for 4 to 5 times in the first 5 minutes (like a 1 sec freeze every 30-40 secs) after initial launch, after that works flawlessly, 90-140 fps at 1440p pretty much maxed, for hours upon hours, always though it has something to do with crossfire, but maybe not...

 

Can't play on like 90%+ FiveM servers cuz it's retarded as fuck and looks for Steam Install on my RSC only game...
