RMD or Navidia

GPU for Ryzen 7 1700 build. 

I don't know which GPU is the best for this build. I am looking for SLI or Crossfire in the future because I do 3d renderings I want faster-rendering speed.

Under 300USD. I won't use this build for heavy rendering just yet. I want this build to be a great gaming PC for now(1080p, ultra/high setting for most games), but I will upgrade it when I have the cash.

Usually I would say a 1060, but those can't be used in SLI. So get an RX 580 when the prices come down from mining.

I understand that they mean AMD and Nvidia, but I don't get why it's funny.

It's not  It is just changed letters, that's all
