Second Screen glitching

So after recieving another 980ti from EVGA it began to do the same thing my first RMA card did. The second screen would glitch/tear for about a quarter of a second before returning to normal. I took it out and put in a gigabyte 980ti and it also did the same thing. What's strange is that my 7750 I was using NEVER did this, nor my first Hybrid 980ti or my First Gigabyte 980ti (I've had bad luck lately). What could be causing this?

Did you leave the old AMD card's drivers? And of course are you making sure that whichever card you are using has the Drivers from the manufacture, not the ones windows just auto defaults to?

I did and it is using the nvidia drivers. Windows isn't that stupid (thank god). The last time this happened I DDU'd the AMD drivers and it had no effect. Reinstalled the nvidia drivers as well using DDU and it also did nothing.

Super weird, what monitors are you using and what connection? Also PSU?

LG 27UD68 using Display Port and Acer S240HL using DVI.

Do you know which version of displayport? And are you running both those monitors at their native res? (considering your hardware these are prolly dumb questions only trying to help )

Both running native and DP 1.2 enabled.

Damn, I'm stumped. I don't think its the cards cause its not just one that's doing it(and two separate brands)

I've had it happen in my hackintosh as well and on my 8.1 Windows 2 go flash drive. Another thing to add is all 3 cards have done the glitch differently which is why I'm more inclined to say that I have the worlds worst luck about GPU's.

Update: Continued to use the Gigabyte card the way I was using the Hybrid and can confirm it was NOT experiencing the same glitching. What ever I thought I saw earlier was not true.
