Ryzen Core Disabled

I stupid so I tried the new Ryzen Mater app for my Ryzen processor and I tried disabling 2 cores but now It doesn't let me restore it as default showing me a message "the quantity of disabled cores is less than before and can't be applied.

 energy cycle required"(translated from Spanish) and I dont know what to. Thank you for any advice

means restart the machine.

it means you need to restart your PC

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...
