Sound card under 30€ (35-40$)

Hi, I was thinking what is the best sound card under 30€? I live in Lithuania, Europe and sound card prices are a little bigger here then newegg, a couple dollars more for Asus Xonar DSX, but that's not in my budget I just put it for comparision of prices. Any advice? Thank you.

Do you have a need for a sound card? Otherwise its a waste of money.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

You see I'm a youtuber and ordered today bm 800+phantom power and people say, that microphone quality would be better if you would use soundcard. My motherboard is msi B350 tomahawk don't know what sound card integrated do they have.
