Windows 10 installing error: 0x8007025D

I'm trying do a fresh install of Windows 10 and it this error once it completes the second step it both of my drives worked before this, I wiped the drives and made a new partition for windows and I get the error: 0x8007025D how do I fix this

Looks like perhaps a corrupted Windows installer. Did you get it from Microsoft's website?

I did get it from Microsofts website and how would I format the USB stick so then I can reinstall it onto a USB? And it was made over a year ago without one use

Super easy tool, just select your USB drive and it'll put on the latest version of Windows 10

The problem is I have no working pc so I can't install windows I'd have to ask one of my family memebers if I could use their PC to install it
