that would be a good idea, backup all your important files. windows will get all your drivers automatically, you can also manually get them by going to the manufacturer website, you have to manually get GPU drivers, don't download any "booster" app.

Have you tried to perform a sudden temporary interrupt of the electricity flow to your computational device followed by a re-initialization procedure of the central processing unit and associated components?

this is really bugging me

after re install my windows

none of the problem appear and i dont still dont knw whats wrong

Your driver's got screwed up from iobit, I am glad reinstalling Windows fixed your issues.
