You need Kaby Lake or Skylake (updated BIOS) mobo like B250 and H110

 

About 200-250W, get a decent PSU like Corsair CX-M, Seasonic S12II or M12II-EVO or EVGA B3

200-300w. Get a 450w PSU. 

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup
