Reboot and select proper boot device

I just built a new computer and I am trying to install Windows 10 on it. I have already set the boot priority to my USB which has windows on it. When I let the computer boot up it gives me a error message saying reboot and select proper boot device. Or insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key.

How did you create USB? Seems like it's not being seen as boot device. And BIOS recognizing it as storage device doesn't mean it's bootable.
