Thunderbolt compatible Motherboard

Hi,

im trying to upgrade my motherboard to one that support/has Thunderbolt 3 and USB C .

 

all the ones that I looked at are incompatible with my CPU and RAM which are:

- intel core i7 4790K.

- Corsair Vengance 8GB 1600 RAM.

 

if you need the list of my other components, please let me know.

whats your motherboard? afaik, there are no motherboards with thunderbolt 3 inputs. you may need to buy a thunderbolt pci-e card.

I recently upgraded to z270 x-99 Asus, which gave me another issue. Already opened a new thread for it as I can't use the extension neither for USB C or TB3
