Hi Guys,

In need of some help!

I have a PC and a File Server as per the pic attached.

When i transfer files to the server i end up getting bottlenecks an long periods of nothing being transferred.

Both the PC and the Server have dual Gigabit cards and both are running on CAT6 cables through a non managed gigabit switch.

Can anyone shed any light on why im getting this?

TIA

Craig

Does that happen when it is moving from one file to another that is also being copied? So when it's done with one and moves on to the next one?
