You really can't build anything for $200 unless you go heavily into the used market at which point I'd look for buying something local that's already built where you might get a better deal. If you can save up another $200-$300 or are willing to ask for parts for your birthday and buy the other stuff then we can make suggestions.

Buy a used prebuilt with something like an i5-2400 and add in a 1050 or 1050 ti if you can afford it.

EDIT: Used Radeon cards are good, look for something in the 7000 series, like a 7950.

Quote me to see my reply!

Or that, yeah. I suggested my thing because I haven't seen a single computer store on eBay (selling more than one item) that doesn't have at least one 2400 system.

Your budget is very low, do not consider new parts, go for used second hand products. If you budget is very tight, go for 1st-2nd generation i5/i7 or even a Q9500+ cpu, and adapt to what you find on the market.

I totally suggest to wait and at least double your budget.

I wonder if OP could talk to that scrapyard guy that gets those damn good deals. Didn't he get a bunch of Sandy bridge systems recently?

i5 6600k @ 4.4ghz on Hyper 212 Evo

Powercolor RX 480 8Gb Red Devil @1330Mhz

Bottom line:  Don't be a spaz or an 800lb gorilla when installing your expensive CPU, and you won't have any problems. --Phate.exe
