Rendering requires a lot of CPU power, so I would recommend of getting the 1600 as it is only 20 more dollars. Also here is a comparison

Hey guys,i am very tight on budget i have 2 choices which would you prefer ,now i am going to use these for rendering and editing,music production which would u suggest

1) asus prime b320 k Motherboard and ryzen 1600

2) asus prime b350 k Motherboard and ryzen 1500x

Dont eat for a week and get the B350 with 1600

Go for the 1600, though a B350 mobo would a lot better than a a320 board.

Even a 3.8ghz OC would get you quite a bit of free performance.

Maybe skip lunch for a couple days to save the extra 10-20 bucks?
