gpu temperature

hey guys..

can somebody please help me why my GPU temperature is high ? My graphic card is gtx 1080 founder edition 

 

when i am gaming my temps goes up to 80c in every game at high settings.

i am playing dues ex and styx shards,gta 5, tomb raider and prey.

 

monitor is asus vg248qe-j 1920x1080 144hz 

usually i play at 85hz

no overclocking

Hi there!
Founders edition GPU's are known to be a bit toasty, I generally think your temps are "normal" because of that.

If you think they're too hot I recommend downloading MSI Afterburner to change the current fan curve, it'll make it a bit louder but cooler

 

That or watercool it.

dont worry about temps, the founders is hot and your card will throttle if it gets too hot. youre fine
