You'll need to find a 21:9 monitor with a panel (the actual visual thing) height of 10.5 inches. This coincides to a 21:9 height of 10.5" and diagonal of 27" (which is how most monitors are measured) of which there are none that I can think of. If you want a 29" ultrawide LG makes a few that are very good like the 29UM67.
