"Battery" shutdown at 97%

Hey, I posted about my Razer Blade having issues earlier today, but I seem to have narrowed down the issue to the battery. In event viewer, the shutdown reason is "Battery." I'm not sure why it would go into hibernation because of a low battery when the battery is at 97%, so it must be some Windows safety thing. I read somewhere that Windows will do this if the battery voltage goes down too quickly, but I'm not sure how I'd fix it. I found this post while looking for other people having this issue, but my power settings are already set to the defaults. (10%, 5%) Is there any other settings I can change to prevent this from happening? It seems to be software related.

Download HWMonitor and see what the wear level is

open power options

advanced options

now find battery settings anything here that be changed?

check hibernate/sleep options as well

you can also go to taskscheduler and change it from sleeping/hibernating battery to disable charger till<#% battery state

According to HWMonitor, it's at 0.0%
