PC trouble after sleep mode

I just built me a new computer, and its amazing, but the only problem I have is, if I put it in sleep mode, and wake it back up it boots up fine, but when I try to open google to search something it doesn't search, it just sits there and loads for a while and does nothing. it also does the same thing for steam. it will just sit there and say there was an error. but if I reboot my system, it works perfectly fine. any fix for this?

System specs would help, example ryzen had issues early on bios updates help a lot

what os are you running? did you do an OS upgrade?
