The mobo will fit, but the cooler is very close. The 212 evo is 159mm tall while the case supports up to 160mm. Consider that there are allowed differences in products, the side panel might not fit in with the cooler in the way,

Will a cooler master 212 evo if in a zalman z9 neo case with a mobo
