Ergonomic - designed to fit in the hand comfortably (thrown around a lot) 

 

i believe high and low profile mean if it's a tall or short mouse. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure that's what they mean. High profile to cater to large handed people; low profile to cater to small handed people.
