Here is the upgrade plan: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/VFNrgL

I have the missing parts which I'm going to be reusing but my graphics card sucks and I can't afford one this year.

Opinions?

Man, you really shouldn't spend 60$ on RGB fans when you still have components to upgrade..

Like, to say, 16GB of ram. Also, I do have six of thes efans and they aren't really worth their cost IMHO.

Please add the remaining specs.

Looks good, I would keep the case and remove fans though unless you like aesthetics more than performance.

So you're saying I shouldn't get the fans but to get 16 gb of ram?

I'm attempting to create an rgb/led build.

you shouldnt spend on aesthetics too much if you're on a budget build, thats all

I wont quote you now :)

But I agree

no need to spend on flash when you are driving a p.o.s.

Yes. Or save up the cost for the GPU or SSD if you don't own one.

I did spend about 220$ on RGB fans and controllers when I made my build, but I already had everything done before on components. Don't go RGB at the cost of performance, it isn't really wise.

I'll agree with the suggestion to not buy the Corsair fans.  Phanteks case fans are good.  Spend it on other parts.

If your case has fans, go with those for now, use the money you get back from omitting the RGB LED fans until you're ready. I don't even own RGB fans on my build. I just went purple LED since I won't even bother changing the colors.
