Tips for working out?

A Silver

Before I start, I know this is a tech forum but I can't be bothered to sign up to a different forum. So I started cycling for half an hour to an hour (most days it is an hour or more) for the past four months and I have noticed that I have lost some weight but I want to loose more. Apart from keeping up the cycling what else can you suggest? I have started doing crunches but as far as I know, that is mainly for building muscle and less for loosing weight. Any suggestions and tips are welcome! Thanks in advance!

You need to look at Obesmirals such as BPA and BPS

There is new research that details enviromental chemicals changing body chemistry.

The government does no research what so ever, apart from Toxicology.

David Suzuki did a show on it and I just watched it tonight.

It made a lot of sense.

There is BPA on printed receipts, magazines, the inside lining of sealed cans and who knows what else.

The research found that a very miniscule amount is needed to change the body chemistry.

Apart from that, you need to exzert more energy and burn more calories then you consume.

This means eating healthy, walking up stairs rather then taking the escalator or elevator.

The recommended daily dose is 20 minutes a day.

But if you combine that with riding a bicycle for 30 minutes you are doing good.

Then add in a gym workout and a relaxing swim and hot tub to chat up the ladies and try to get laid then its all good.

They say good regular sex is the key to a healthy life style.
