High CPU usage

Hi everyone,

Sometimes I see a high CPU usage. When I look in task mamager I see that this program from windows: 'TiWorker.exe Windows Modules Installer Worker' socks a lot of usage (like 25%) Is this a bad thing? Or is it normal and need it to be this way?

I just updated my PC so it will stop after a period of time? Its like still installing?
