Basically in games i've been getting lots of performance issues:stuttering, textures not loading, textures loading at very low quality, and lots of input lag. There is also a loud clicking noise happening sparadically coming from the gpu(i've made sure wires aren't touching the fans many times). i'm using an evga b stock 980ti gaming, a mini-itx as-rock z170-a mobo, and a node 202 case without fans. I benchmarked gta-5 and the max temps I got were 60c on my cpu and 85c on my gpu, so I figured maybe the gpu was thermal throttling and I upped the fan curve on the 980ti, and it runs at 75c max in the gta benchmark now. I also reinstalled nvidia drivers twice, the first time through windows drivers then with DDU. I've also made sure the gpu was properly connected to the pcie riser as well as the connection to the motherboard, as well as reseating the ram. Advice on what to do now? maybe I should try rma'ing the gpu with it's one year warranty? Or is it a problem unrelated to the gpu? Here's a link to the video file as well as a youtube video that i captured using nvidia share.  https://ufile.io/zek6t
