HELP! Do I Have A Virus

Hi, my phone has been loading it's cellular connection randomly for the past month. I finally got a new phone, iPhone 6s and it is still occurring. I did transfer everything from the old phone onto the new phone. Could it be a virus? Please help.

locking? shitty service.

dial on your iphone: *3001#12345#* and you should enter a special screen. hold the power button until slide to shut down, now only hold the home button. it should crash, and now your bars/dots have turned into numbers.

 

tell us if its on 3g/lte, and the numbers, and what happens with the numbers when you have no service

 

 

 

or it just could be a bad sim card ..

Verizon with their unlimited plan for my family. The other phones are working fine.
