Cad mainly uses cpu and ram. The gpu is used to check the lines and suck in the system. Try to find/build a used system with a quad core and 16gb of ram at least. Also check youtube channels like scatterbolt

Don't forget that craigslist has good deals. Especially since right now people are trying to sell things to pay for college.

At least upgrade to 16gb of ram and the 6600 or 6700 processor. IMO
