Seagate internal external drive

I was looking to get an internal hard drive when I saw the price of these two drives.

I know that the external drive contains a standard 3.5inch drive.

Is the drive inside a low cost 2tb drive or is it the same as the barracuda.

If so you get a discount and a free enclosure.
