Uplay

So yesterday i bought a HD 7950 i went home went online and try to download the far cry 3 blood dragon from uplay, but the status bar doesn't move stays at 0% i left it over night and nothing. Any sugestions? On how to fix it. The other games i got them proprerly from steam but this one i can't get it to download.
