wacom pro pen problem

hey guys, so I have a Wacom pen that works fine with the eraser and top button, but the bottom button is doing a weird glitch when I press the button it does the default function and the new one I have set it to do, so for example when I am using paint tool sai when I press it to try and move the page around it tries to right click and use the hand tool.
