Cheapest 'Good' PC parts?

First of all, I don't plan this rig to run any games or the CPU to perform any heavy tasks. I've been planning to build this for my sister, so It'll be an internet machine and for her to type her homework on something that isn't my computer or an iPad. Anyways, here are the parts I had in mind with their current prices (7/10/17):

Intel Core i3 6100 (Dual Core @ 3.7 GHz) $107.99 - Again, no heavy tasks I think she shouldn't feel any struggle. Don't know if AMD has cheaper ones (as far as it is reliable)

Asus H110 E/M.2 Micro ATX LGA 1151 $55.39 - Nothing impressive, it has 2 memory slots and with VGA, PS/2 and USB I can save on monitor, keyboard, and mouse

G-Skill NT Series DDR4 2133MHz 4GB (1 Stick) $32.99 - I don't think I need anymore but it is cheap and is painted black

Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD 7200RPM $47.79- So I hope she won't run out of storage and it is way cheaper than an SSD

Deepcool Tesseract SW ATX Mid Tower Case $39.99 - It has 4 3.5" Bays and 2 5.25" Bays with two pre-installed Blue LED fans

Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze (Semi-Modular) $26.99 - It is a cheap PSU from Corsair, it gets the job done

TP-Link - TL-WDN4800 PCI-Express x1 802.11a/b/g/n  -Wi-Fi Adapter

Around $367

Opinions? Suggestions? I'm all ears, thanks!

I agree. Save the extra money. Could even throw in 8gb of ram with the money saved.

Damn, thanks! Core looks good, extra 4GB of RAM and an SSD will totally make a difference for $30, appreciate the help
