I bought an i3 7100 prebuilt machine for $300 from Amazon, thought I throw in a 1050 ti and that would be the perfect starter gaming rig for my brother, he basically only wants to play Overwatch.

Thing is I went into properties and it says there are 8 gb of ram in the system but only 6.95 are available, this has never happened before when I build a system. Double checked the DIMM and everything is ok, physically.

Any fix for this issue?

This means you already used 1.05gb of your ram. You are not missing ram but you already used 1.05

As you can see I have 3.4 available cause I have applications open that are taking up the RAM.

As you see in "in use (compressed)" I have 4.6 combine it with 3.4 that is available you sum it up and its 8gb.

According to task manager I have less than 6 gb available out of 7 total but system properties tells me I have 6.95 available in total.

Try switching around the ram in different slots. Before you do that though open CMD as admin and do sfc /scannow this should probably help narrow down the amount of things that could cause this.
