I need a pc for gaming and recording please include windows, and a keyboard  my budget is 1000 US dollars

need a decent cpu maybe ryzen a high graphics card, on the high end 16 gigs of ram with large storage maybe cheap ssd and a few 1 tb hard drives and maybe large outside hard drive to transfer data, win 10 is nice

Get a 1600X if possible, and as @Being Delirious mentioned, wait to buy a GPU if possible because of the mining market. 

That build outline is pretty rough, but consider a different PSU (power supply unit) and another stick of RAM.

No need for a 1600X, just overclock a 1600.

 

On that board you can't however, but a b350 board is only $20 more.

My bad, forgot to add a B350 board in there. I'm not well informed on how well the Ryzen chips overclock, so thanks for pointing that out.

$1060 for a 1600 and 1070, but GPU's are stupid over priced at the moment, if they weren't over priced it'd be about $100 less. Gets windows from Kinguin for $20-30. Cheap keyboard from eBay/Amazon will be good enough until you can get a fancy one.

No. Editing comes after recording and makes the recording look better on YouTube

Yeah it won't be super heavy editing, so 16 would be a good start

Seems like most people are agreeing upon the following:

CPU: Ryzen 5 1600

Mobo: any good B350 board (allows for overclocking)

RAM: 16GB DDR4 2400MHz

I'd argue that's a bit overkill and money would be better spent on something like the video card. I still agree that 32GB would be nice though.

Since the plan is also to overlcock the R5 1600, a cooler would probably be a good idea. If you don't mind, you could do something as generic as the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
