Antivirus?

Just curious why everyone crap's all over Norton.  Also which Antivirus would everyone recommend?

norton is a pain to work with, pays to be preinstalled, uses a lot of system power, and is expensive. For most uses just use defender thats built into windows.

Norton is slow at getting the signatures that come out so quickly making it junk and a false sense of security so too is Mcafee. Nod32 is a little better than the two but still junk. 

 

Know that no antivirus/anti-malware program can have all the signatures as a virus comes out but programs like Malwarebytes/Kaspersky/Webroot are great a t getting the signatures.

 

The feature to me that gets over looked in an antivirus/anti-malware program that has active network stateful inspection, this is seriously important.
