TV with Sound bar & Sub Woofer

Recently I purchased Samsung 49" Full HD Curved Smart TV K6500 with Samsung Soundbar. I have to keep everything tight because of the poor space. I have kept the sound bar underneath the TV and the subwoofer behind the TV very near. But I'm worried about it will effect to the TV. I know it's an LED TV. But I'm lil worried. If anyone know about this setup harmful for any of my devices please let me know. I'm willing to change the setup.

Can I ask hows the viewing angles on that display?

It is in the corner of my living room. Just like this. I don't have a picture of my setup. this is downloaded picture.
