that cooler is very mediocre, so you will probably run into thermal limits.

 

just increase multiplier until you can't anymore, then increase voltage, measure temps, and if they're good, increase voltage and multiplier more until you either run into thermal limits, or reach 1.35V vcore.

don't go over 1.35V as it can damage the CPU.

thats what i had in 4.8 and i reset my overcloack cause not stable
