Getting a decent prebuilt for that price will be really hard. Any ones at that price point will have a crappy mobo, RAM, and PSU.

You can't get a decent prebuilt for $450 (or any price really, they're all ripoffs...). Instead, I'd consider building your own PC...

build it yourself.

it's hard enough building a decent gaming PC for $450, but with prebuilts its impossible.

Motherboard: MSI - H110M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($46.99 @ SuperBiiz)

Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($47.99 @ Amazon)
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Mini Video Card  ($138.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Case: Rosewill - FBM-01 MicroATX Mini Tower Case  ($24.88 @ OutletPC)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($46.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $434.72

You'd need about $200 more for decent cheap prebuild (HP or Dell). Custom build or custom used build will get you to that price point.
