1st build is better, but I'd make some changes to it first.

the Ryzen one.

but why aren't you getting fast RAM for the Ryzen system? it's more important on Ryzen.

the Ryzen one is not only much cheaper, but also better IMO, since the 1600 delivers better minimums.

Or This one, i guess that PSU (Focus Plus) can be the alternative from G Series

if you stretch a tiny bit, you can fit a 1080Ti in there.

if not, then swap it for a 1080 and you're golden.

Noice! How's the reliability though? I'd trust a Crucial, SanDisk, Samsung, etc drive more in the long run.
