SD Card not working

i got an SD card in the mail a few days ago, its a 2GB card, today i formatted it in FAT32 with a cluster size of 16k, and now it does not come up in windows 10, it rarely comes up on my windows 7, when it does it wont let me format it again, it just crashes the file manager, and now when i try it at all it just will not come up. Anyway to fix this?

Try using something like the AOMEI disk partition tool to look at it.  Then you can view it, partition it, repair a partition, format in a variety of formats, ect,.

i found it, but thanks. right now its loading disk F, which is the SD card, its been on "partition 1 of 3" for a while

so after  10 minutes of waiting, i think its dead, thanks for the suggestion though, ill keep that program in mind
